Shipping policy

We offer flat rate shipping of $4.50 New Zealand-wide.

Orders are dispatched from the Hawke's Bay region, New Zealand.

We currently ship once a week using a tracked courier service. Shipping can take up to 7 days from receipt of order, with delivery typically taking 1-3 days from dispatch (rural delivery can take a little longer). 

Please note, we unfortunately cannot deliver to PO Boxes or internationally.
